Terms of Use
Last Updated: 27 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Egyptours.net, including its website, accounts, booking tools and travel-related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, submitting a booking request, making a payment or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.
1. About Egyptours.net
Egyptours.net acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Internal or External Supplier responsible for providing the booked service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Egyptours.net does not operate, organise, control or directly perform the travel or tourism service. The relevant Supplier remains legally responsible for the actual delivery, quality, safety and performance of that service.
2. Types of Suppliers
The Platform may include two types of Suppliers:
Internal Suppliers: Suppliers registered on Egyptours.net who add and manage their services directly through the Platform.
External Suppliers: Airlines, hotels, booking systems, travel providers or other third parties whose services are made available through an application programming interface (API) or another external integration.
The booking process, confirmation method, payment requirements and applicable conditions may differ depending on the Supplier and type of service.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or make a booking.
A registered account is required to complete a booking through Egyptours.net.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Protect your password and login credentials.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account, except where caused by a failure attributable to Egyptours.net.
We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe that it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
4. Supplier Terms
Each booking may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant Supplier. These may include conditions relating to payment, confirmation, availability, passenger eligibility, baggage, amendments, cancellations, refunds, no-shows and other restrictions.
Applicable booking conditions should be reviewed carefully before payment or submission of the booking request.
By completing a booking, you also agree to the conditions of the relevant Supplier. If a specific booking condition conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the specific booking condition will apply to that service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Service Information
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of the descriptions, schedules, prices, availability, photographs, classifications, inclusions, exclusions and other information they provide for their services.
Egyptours.net may display, organise or transmit this information through the Platform. Although we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, travel details, schedules, availability and prices may change.
You should review the complete service information and booking conditions before making a payment.
6. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request or making a payment does not always mean that a booking has been finally confirmed.
Internal Supplier Bookings
For vehicle services, tours and other services offered by Internal Suppliers, payment will generally confirm the booking unless different conditions are clearly displayed before payment.
A booking is confirmed when the Platform issues a booking confirmation or otherwise indicates that the booking has been successfully completed.
External Supplier Bookings
For services obtained through an External Supplier, the booking remains subject to confirmation by that Supplier.
The External Supplier may request corrected, updated or additional traveller information before confirming the booking. A final confirmation will be issued through Egyptours.net or transmitted through the External Supplier’s system after the Supplier accepts the booking.
Your payment receipt, payment authorisation or booking request alone must not be treated as a final booking confirmation where Supplier approval is still pending.
If the Supplier does not confirm the booking, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include correcting the information, accepting an updated price, selecting an alternative service or receiving an applicable refund.
7. Prices and Availability
Prices and availability may change at any time before payment and final confirmation.
This is particularly relevant to flights, accommodation and other services supplied through external systems where prices and availability are updated dynamically.
If you delay payment, an offer, reservation or displayed price may expire. For example, a flight price may change if payment is not completed within the period shown during the booking process, including where a provisional period such as 12 hours has been provided.
If the price changes before final confirmation, the booking will only proceed at the updated price after that price has been presented to and accepted by you. You may be required to pay the updated amount or the difference in price.
We will not intentionally replace an agreed price after final confirmation except where:
- You request a change to the booking.
- The Supplier’s applicable conditions permit an adjustment.
- A tax, government charge or mandatory fee changes.
- There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
- Another adjustment is required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Taxes and Local Charges
The price displayed during checkout will identify the taxes and fees included in the amount payable through the Platform, where this information is available.
Certain destination, government, municipal, tourism, resort, accommodation, entry or other local charges may not be included in the online price. Such charges may be collected separately by the Supplier or the relevant authority at the destination.
Where known, these additional charges should be disclosed in the service description or booking conditions. However, you remain responsible for checking and paying any mandatory local charges applicable to your trip.
9. Payments and Invoices
You agree to pay the full amount displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to any later price update expressly accepted by you before confirmation.
Payment must be made using a payment method available on the Platform. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Egyptours.net will issue the booking invoice through the Platform. The invoice may identify the booked services, amounts paid, applicable charges and Supplier information where available.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant bank or payment service provider.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed or not completed within the required period, the booking may remain unconfirmed, expire or be cancelled.
10. Customer and Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for you and any other traveller is accurate and matches the relevant official documents.
This includes:
- Full names and dates of birth.
- Passport or identification details.
- Nationality and residency information.
- Contact details.
- Travel dates and destinations.
- Health, mobility or accessibility requirements.
- Any other information required by the Supplier or authorities.
You must review the booking details immediately after receiving confirmation and contact us promptly if you identify an error.
Changes may not always be possible and may result in Supplier charges, fare differences, service fees or cancellation.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance and other documents or requirements necessary for travel, unless a specific service expressly includes assistance with any of these matters.
11. Flights
Flight bookings are subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules, conditions of carriage and operational policies.
Rules concerning the following matters are determined by the airline:
- Baggage allowances and excess baggage.
- Name corrections or changes.
- Date, route or schedule changes.
- Seat selection and special assistance.
- Check-in and boarding requirements.
- Cancellations and refunds.
- Missed flights and no-shows.
- Delays, schedule changes and flight cancellations.
Some tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Others may be changed or cancelled only after payment of airline charges, Supplier charges and any fare difference.
You are responsible for arriving at the airport and completing check-in, immigration and boarding procedures within the time required by the airline and airport authorities.
Any rights you may have as a passenger under mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.
12. Accommodation, Tours, Transfers and Cruises
Accommodation, tours, transfers, vehicle services, Nile cruises and similar bookings are subject to the conditions of the relevant Supplier.
You must review information relating to meeting points, pickup times, check-in requirements, duration, itinerary, age restrictions, accessibility, included services and exclusions.
Schedules, routes or itineraries may be adjusted where reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, operational requirements, official instructions or circumstances outside the Supplier’s reasonable control.
A material change will be handled in accordance with the applicable Supplier conditions and mandatory consumer law.
13. Umrah Services
Umrah programmes available through Egyptours.net are provided by Internal Suppliers registered on the Platform.
Each programme is subject to the conditions of the relevant Supplier and the requirements of the competent authorities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and any other relevant jurisdiction.
These requirements may include passport validity, visas, permits, health requirements, travel dates, accommodation arrangements, transportation rules and official entry restrictions.
Confirmation of an Umrah booking does not override any requirement, decision or restriction imposed by a competent government or religious authority.
14. Visa Assistance Services
Visa-related services available through Egyptours.net are performed by Internal Suppliers registered on the Platform.
These services may include administrative assistance, document preparation, application review or submission support, as specified in the service description.
Neither Egyptours.net nor the Supplier guarantees:
- Approval of a visa application.
- Issuance of a visa within a particular period.
- A specific processing time.
- Acceptance of submitted documents by the relevant authority.
- Entry into a destination after a visa has been issued.
All decisions and processing times remain solely under the control of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government body.
Unless the applicable booking conditions or mandatory law provide otherwise, service charges already incurred for processing or administrative assistance may remain non-refundable if an application is refused, delayed or withdrawn.
15. Amendments and Cancellations by the Customer
Amendment, cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the Supplier, service and booking type.
Before completing a booking, you should review the conditions displayed for that service, including:
- Whether the booking can be changed or cancelled.
- Applicable cancellation deadlines.
- Supplier cancellation or amendment charges.
- Fare or price differences.
- Non-refundable amounts.
- No-show conditions.
- Processing or payment charges.
Requests should be submitted through the available support or account channels. A request is not completed merely because it has been sent. It remains subject to acceptance and processing by the relevant Supplier.
Charges may increase as the service date approaches.
16. Supplier Cancellations and Unavailability
If a Supplier cancels a confirmed service or can no longer provide it, Egyptours.net will coordinate with the Supplier and contact you regarding the available solution.
Depending on the circumstances and the Supplier’s conditions, we may offer:
- A reasonable alternative service.
- A change of date or other booking adjustment.
- Credit or another solution offered by the Supplier.
- An applicable refund.
You are not required to accept a materially different alternative. If no acceptable solution can be reached with the Supplier and the service cannot be provided, the amount eligible for refund will be processed in accordance with the Supplier’s conditions and applicable law.
17. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the refundable amount depend on the relevant Supplier’s conditions, the type of service and the reason for cancellation.
Where a refund is approved:
- It may be returned to the original payment method or through another method permitted by the Supplier, payment provider and applicable law.
- Payment gateway charges and other amounts identified as non-refundable may be deducted where legally permitted.
- Airline, Supplier, cancellation or administrative charges may also be deducted where applicable and properly disclosed.
- Currency conversion or banking differences may affect the amount ultimately received.
- Processing time may depend on the Supplier, bank, card issuer and payment provider.
Nothing in this section permits the deduction of charges that cannot lawfully be imposed or the withholding of a refund required under mandatory consumer law.
18. Fraud Prevention and Booking Verification
We may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, confirm the identity of the payer or traveller, validate payment authorisation or comply with legal and payment-provider requirements.
A booking may be delayed, rejected or cancelled if:
- Required verification is not completed.
- The payment information appears unauthorised or fraudulent.
- Information supplied for the booking is materially incorrect.
- The booking violates applicable law or Supplier rules.
- The Platform or Supplier identifies a genuine pricing, availability or technical error.
Any refund due following such cancellation will be handled according to the applicable circumstances, Supplier terms and law.
19. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Create an account using false or misleading information.
- Make unauthorised bookings or payments.
- Attempt to access another user’s account.
- Interfere with the Platform’s security or operation.
- Introduce malicious code or harmful content.
- Scrape, copy or extract Platform content through automated means without permission.
- Resell a service unless expressly authorised.
- Use the Platform in a manner that infringes the rights of Egyptours.net, a Supplier or another person.
We may restrict or terminate access where these rules are violated.
20. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may correct technical errors, inaccurate availability or obvious pricing mistakes. If an error materially affects a booking, we will notify you and provide the options available under the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Intellectual Property
The Egyptours.net name, Platform design, software, text, graphics, logos and other original content owned by or licensed to Egyptours.net are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful travel-booking purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create derivative works from protected Platform content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Supplier names, trademarks, photographs and content remain the property of their respective owners.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, payment providers, maps, airline systems or other external services.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Egyptours.net is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside its control, except to the extent that responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
23. Intermediary Role, Supplier Responsibility and Liability
Egyptours.net operates as an intermediary and booking platform connecting customers with Internal and External Suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Egyptours.net is not the operator, organiser or direct provider of the travel or tourism services booked through the Platform.
The relevant Supplier, whether an Internal Supplier or an External Supplier, is the party responsible for the actual provision and performance of the booked service. Accordingly, the Supplier bears legal responsibility for matters relating to:
- The accuracy of the service description and the information provided.
- Availability, pricing and confirmation of the service.
- The quality, safety and proper performance of the service.
- Delays, cancellations, deficiencies, errors or failure to provide the service.
- Compliance with applicable licences, permits, professional standards and legal requirements.
- The acts and omissions of its employees, representatives, subcontractors and service providers.
- Any injury, loss or damage arising directly from the Supplier’s performance or failure to perform the booked service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Egyptours.net shall not bear direct legal responsibility for the acts, omissions, breaches, negligence or failure of an Internal or External Supplier in connection with the actual performance of a booked service.
Any complaint, claim or legal responsibility arising from the delivery, quality, safety or non-performance of a service shall primarily rest with the Supplier responsible for providing that service. Egyptours.net may assist the customer in communicating with the Supplier and seeking an appropriate solution, but such assistance does not mean that Egyptours.net assumes the Supplier’s obligations or legal responsibility.
Egyptours.net remains responsible only for its own direct acts and omissions within the scope of operating the Platform, processing or facilitating bookings and payments, issuing invoices, and providing the booking-related support expressly undertaken by it.
Egyptours.net shall not be responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of a Supplier that are outside Egyptours.net’s reasonable control.
- A Supplier’s failure to perform or properly provide a booked service.
- Changes, delays, cancellations or restrictions imposed by airlines, hotels, transport operators, governmental authorities or other service providers.
- A traveller’s failure to comply with passport, visa, health, check-in, immigration or entry requirements.
- Loss resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or delayed information provided by the customer.
- Indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses not directly caused by a breach attributable to Egyptours.net.
- Events outside Egyptours.net’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that Egyptours.net cannot lawfully exclude under applicable Egyptian law, including responsibility arising from its own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
24. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Egyptours.net or a Supplier may be unable to perform or may need to change a service because of circumstances outside reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, transport disruption, airport closure, system failure or official safety measures.
The consequences of such an event, including changes, alternatives, credits or refunds, will be determined according to the applicable Supplier conditions and mandatory law.
25. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data submitted through the Platform is processed in accordance with the Egyptours.net Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookies Policy.
These policies should be read together with these Terms. Until revised policies are published, any personal-data practices must remain subject to applicable law and the information presented to users when their data is collected.
26. Electronic Communications
By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to receive booking confirmations, payment notices, service updates, security messages and other transactional communications electronically.
Communications may be sent through email, the Platform, your account or the contact details associated with the booking.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and checking communications relating to your booking.
Marketing communications will be handled separately and subject to applicable consent and withdrawal requirements.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, services, Supplier arrangements, operational requirements or applicable law.
The revised version will be published with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed booking unless required by law or expressly accepted by you. The version in effect when you complete a booking will generally apply to that booking together with its specific conditions.
28. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, misuse of the Platform or a material breach of these Terms.
Suspension or termination will not affect existing payment obligations, confirmed booking conditions or rights that arose before the effective date of termination.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted or removed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. No Waiver
A failure or delay by Egyptours.net to exercise a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
Any waiver will apply only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of Egyptours.net, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.
