The data controller is Brmja Tech LTD , at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (“Egyptours.net”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). A supplier or service provider may process your information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy where your booking requires it.

Approximate location or country information used for language, currency, or relevant results.

Information submitted to support, complaints, or other communications.

Information returned by social-login providers when you choose to use them, to the extent permitted by that provider.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through free-text fields. If a service requires additional information, we will explain this at collection.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process data to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or rely on your consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

The supplier fulfilling a hotel, tour, transport, flight, or other travel service.

Payment, billing, and fraud-prevention providers.

Hosting, infrastructure, support, security, and communications providers.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed or stored outside Egypt when suppliers or technology providers use international infrastructure. We apply legally required safeguards and require contracted parties to protect data and use it for the specified purpose.

8. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services and manage accounts and bookings, and afterward for periods needed for accounting, compliance, disputes, and security. Retention varies by data type and purpose. We delete or anonymise data when there is no legitimate need to retain it, unless law requires otherwise.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent supervisory authority. We may verify your identity and may retain limited information where legally required.

You may opt out of marketing through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional, account, booking, and security messages may still be sent.

11. Third-party services

The Platform may include links or services from Google, Facebook, payment providers, suppliers, and others, including maps, analytics, reCAPTCHA, and social login. Their processing is governed by their own policies. We do not control external websites or their practices, so review their policies before using them.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Children

The Platform is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use the service or provide data without parental consent. If you believe a child’s data was collected improperly, contact us.
